No catch — just infrastructure requirements. To run outbound SMS at scale, your account needs an Autopilot (autopilotapp.io) setup and approved A2P 10DLC registration. That approval protects deliverability and helps prevent carrier filtering.
How long does it take to get approved and set up?
Most customers are fully operational in about 2 weeks. Email infrastructure warmup typically takes ~14 days, and A2P 10DLC approvals can also take up to ~14 days depending on carrier processing and submission quality.
What is A2P 10DLC?
A2P 10DLC stands for “Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code.” In plain English: it’s the official registration process that allows businesses to send text messages from standard U.S. phone numbers. Registration improves trust with carriers, improves deliverability, and reduces the chance your texts are blocked as spam.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial, because onboarding includes real hard costs (infrastructure setup, account provisioning, deliverability prep, and compliance workflows). The $297 plan is designed for operators who are ready to deploy and scale.
